Q: What is / Guilty Pressure Project?   #byloonersforlooners

A: is a webshop that sells unique video content (this feature is in progress, but short preview trailers can already be checked here). Full videos have been created by looners (director and models) for looners. The shop is dedicated to take the fetish to the next level. We continuously aim to improve the quality of our shoots and content, bringing (y)our looner dreams to life. We encourage you to embrace the love for latex and passion for plastic inflatables even more. On top of that you can buy some of our used (uniquely handcrafted) inflatables, big soft beach balls, balloons and other props at the ‘inflatable for sale section’ – if there are any available at the time your visiting the page. Isn’t it exciting to create your own Guilty Pressure moments with one of the inflatables and balloons that one of our beautiful girls had their fun with?

Q: Where can I find updates about the webshop’s progress updates?   #keepmeupdated!

A: Each month we dedicate a blog post about the webshop’s latest updates. Sometimes we post a different blog with subjects like shoots, interesting products, models and more good looner stuff (like softening your inflatables for a nice rubberized feel).

Q: When will Guilty Pressure’s handcrafted inflatable pillows become for sale?   #pillowpleasure

A: We have no official ‘release’ date yet. For now we hope you’ll enjoy the videos that they appear in.

Q: When can I purchase full length videos directly from   #releasedateplease

A: The ‘full videos’ section of this website is currently in development. No release date is currently set, but we aim for somewhere in Q3/Q4 2020.

Q: What payment options will be available when full length videos can be purchased directly from   #paymentoptions

A: You can pay with Klarna, Credit Card and IDeal (applicable to Dutch customers only).

Q: How do these payment options work?    #Klarna&creditcard   #iDEAL

Klarna: you create an account via Klarna’s website (please notice that Klarna is not available in every country). Follow their instructions and you should be ready to pay with Klarna smoothly. Credit Card: you fill in you card details (card number, the CCV code on the back of the card and ‘valid through’ field). Please notice that not every card (prepaid cards) may work with our payment processing system. iDEAL: you select your bank (e.g. Rabobank, ING or ABN AMRO) and follow the payment instructions.

Q: Is there another way to order a full length video?  #iwantitrightnow

A: ‘Order-via-email’ works as follows: (1) you request via e-mail or the contact form an invoice for the video(s) that you’d like to buy – please mention the full reference video code, (2) we create a personal shopping page for you as a service (with password that we provide you via email), (3) on that page you can add the requested videos to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Q: Is ‘order-via-email’ already available and in which countries?  #contactus

A: That depends. Guilty Pressure’s services are not available in countries outside the European Union. Apologies for that inconvenience. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] so we can discuss what options are available.

Q: What payment options are available for ‘order-via-email’?  #banktransfer

A: You can pay with direct bank transfer, Klarna or Card. Dutch customers can use IDeal as well.

Q: Can I buy inflatables and balloons that are used by the models in the videos?  #buythatinflatable

A: Yes, some inflatables become for sale for fans interested in purchasing these beloved items. If any available, they can be found at the ‘inflatable for sale’ section of this website. You can find some other stuff (like some model outfits) for sale there as well.

Q: How do I order used inflatables, balloons and other stuff if they are available on the ‘inflatable for sale’ page?  #orderprocessvideo

A: The process is very similar to the above mentioned order procedure. Please click on the hashtag above (#orderprocessvideo) and follow the instructions in the video.

Q: What are the shipping costs (and delivery time) to my address?  #shippinganddelivery

A: This depends on your country of residence and size and weight of your parcel. Please click on the hashtag above (#shippinganddelivery) for more detailed information.

Q: How do I cancel my order? (and get my refund for my cancelled order?)  #ordercancellationform  #returnandrefundpolicy

A: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the balloon/inflatable with all accessories supplied and in the original sealed (see order proces video) condition and packaging will be returned us. To exercise this right you can contact us via [email protected] We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received by us in good order. This right of cancellation / refunding is not applicable for downloadable content (full videos and other digital content).

Q: How is my personal information processed?  #privacy

A: We treat personal information with great care and so do our partners (e.g. Quaderno) that process these data for us in order to comply with administration and record keeping laws. We limit the details on invoices but include the legally obligated information (i.e. on invoices we work with neutral item codes and short descriptions of the video or product).

Q: I’d like to delete my personal information. How can I request this?  #GDPR

A: Please fill in the GDPR Request Form (choose the ‘Remove Personal Data’) option) in the footer of our website and we’ll delete most of your personal data. One exception is the personal information that is your billing & shipping information after placing an order. We are legally obliged to keep these data for at least 7 years in an online/offline, secured area. If you’d like to have only insight in your personal data we’ve collected of you, please choose the ‘Export Personal Data’ option.

Q: Why are items on the ‘inflatable for sale’ page only available for a limited amount of time?  #rarepiecesforyourcollection

A: Fans perceive our used inflatables as unique due to unique modifications (enforcement, softening, handcrafted stuff). A big fat GL1200 balloon or beach ball signed by and bounced on by Sheena is a very beloved item. A real looner girl had her fun with it… Life can’t get any better if you own that balloon, right? On topic: the stock is always very limited so the rule of thumb here is “first come first served”. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like to buy something. Items appearing on the ‘inflatable for sale’ page are sold out quickly (then the item status says ‘sold’). One final thing: In rare events we may temporarily withdraw the item from the shop if we decide to use it for a shoot.
