- Payment options: Klarna, iDeal (the Netherlands) and Credit Card.
- Order cancellation and removal of personal information: Please make sure we receive your payment within 10 business days only if you agree with the invoice. If we don’t hear from you within 14 days, we’ll automatically cancel your order and remove all your personal information that we used for creating the invoice (same as with purchasing videos). You can also cancel your order yourself (use the order cancellation form) before the item has been shipped.
- Repair service: We cannot repair any inflatables; alle items are sold ”as-is”.
- Custom duties: Fulfilling payment for clearance or custom duties are your own responsibility. These costs are not included. Check with your country’s customs if you’ll have to pay custom duties or other import charges/fees.
- Expected delivery time (DHL – Dutch version): From the Netherlands to other countries.
- Compliance: Always make sure you comply with your country’s (customs) laws if you purchase an item. We can ship to most countries (with some exceptions).
- Withdrawal, Return & Refund: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the balloon/inflatable with all accessories supplied and in the original sealed (see video above) condition and packaging will be returned us. To exercise this right you can contact us via [email protected] We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received by us in good order.
- Complaints: We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
- Warranty: We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in the promised ‘as-is’ condition as described above. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim the warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for a refund free of charge.
- Disclaimer & limited liability: After receipt of your payment, you expressly agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from damage caused by usage of your purchased item via www.guiltypressure.com.
