Downloads are non-refundable: we kindly would like to draw your attention to the fact that downloadable products are non-refundable, due to the nature of how these products are processed. Downloadable content like these video's without physical carrier are non-refundable in compliance with Dutch Civil Law, article 230 p, sub (g). Physical products are only refundable within 14 days if shipped back to us (shipping back is at your own expenses) with the Guilty Pressure seal tape intact and delivered with a correctly filled in order cancellation/return form.
