This page explains which personal data guiltypressure.com (including the Beach Ball Configurator) processes, why, and what your rights are. We keep it simple on purpose: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over only.
Visiting the website
When you visit any page, your browser automatically sends technical information such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse.
- Our server (an EU-based hosting provider) keeps this in its web server logs for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period (by default up to 14 days).
- Cloudflare sits in front of our server to deliver the site securely and quickly and to block attacks. Cloudflare processes your IP address for this.
Cookies and similar technologies
We only use cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work, or that you ask for yourself. These don’t require consent. YouTube is the only exception, and it is only loaded if you allow it (see “Videos”).

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page, and delete cookies and stored data through your browser settings.
Videos
- Our own videos are delivered by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU), which hosts and streams our files for us. Bunny.net processes your IP address to deliver the video and does not set tracking cookies for us.
- Trailers on YouTube are not loaded until you choose “Allow YouTube” in the cookie banner, or press “Play trailer” on a single video. Only then does your browser connect to YouTube, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment, Google is responsible for the data it collects; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Beach Ball Configurator
The configurator is available to members of our Patreon.
- Logging in with Patreon. Patreon handles the login. We never see your Patreon password or payment details. Patreon only tells us your Patreon user ID and whether you are an active member of our Patreon, and in which tier, so we can decide whether to give you access. We don’t store this. For security, our server’s system log only records that user ID together with “access granted” or “access denied”; that log is cleared automatically after a limited time.
- Saved designs stay in your own browser (see the table above).
- Design log. When you click “Save” or export a design (PDF or artwork), the design itself (options such as size, colours and the chosen prints) and the time are sent to our server. We use this to improve the configurator and our products. It does not include your name, e-mail address or Patreon account.
- Exports (PDF, artwork ZIP) are created in your own browser. The print images are downloaded from Bunny.net.
Buying via Vinted, Patreon and other links
Items on our Clearance page are sold through Vinted; we don’t process any payments ourselves. When you follow a link to Vinted, Patreon, Instagram or Ko-fi, their own privacy policies apply.
If you e-mail us, we use your e-mail address and message only to reply to you, and we don’t keep them longer than needed for that.
Legal basis
- Running and securing the website (server logs, Cloudflare, Bunny.net, necessary cookies): our legitimate interest in providing a safe, working website.
- Configurator access check (Patreon login): needed to provide the members-only service you signed up for.
- YouTube: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”.
Who receives data
- Our hosting provider (EU), Cloudflare and Bunny.net (EU), only to deliver and protect this website, on our behalf.
- Patreon and Google/YouTube are responsible for their own processing. Cloudflare, Patreon and Google are US companies; transfers to the United States take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. E-mail [email protected] and we’ll respond within one month. In practice we hold very little that can be linked to you; we’ll tell you exactly what, if anything.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If we add features that process data differently (for example accounts, a newsletter or a shop), we’ll update this page first. The date at the top shows the latest version.
